Sourcing, coordination, interpretation, consulting, and on-site experience arrangements related to automotive products, craftsmanship, and culture in Japan.
日本国内における自動車関連製品・職人・文化体験等に関するソーシング、調整、通訳、コンサルティング、ならびに現地体験サービスの手配等、これらに付随する役務提供。
Service Fees / 販売価格
Fees are provided individually through prior estimates or invoices.
各サービスの内容に応じて、事前にお見積りまたは請求書にて個別にご案内いたします。
Additional Fees / 商品代金以外の必要料金
Bank transfer fees, currency exchange fees, and other transaction-related charges, if applicable.
銀行振込手数料、為替手数料、その他決済に伴う手数料（該当する場合）。
Payment Methods / お支払い方法
Bank transfer or other payment methods designated by us.
銀行振込、または当社が指定するその他の決済方法。
Payment Timing / お支払い時期
Payment is required in advance, prior to the commencement of services.
原則として、サービス提供開始前にお支払いいただきます。
Service Commencement / サービス提供時期
Services will commence after payment confirmation, in accordance with the agreed scope and schedule.
お支払い確認後、合意した内容およびスケジュールに基づきサービスを開始いたします。
Cancellations & Refunds / キャンセル・返金について
Due to the nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are generally not accepted once work has commenced.
However, for on-site Experience services, cancellations are accepted under the following conditions:
- Up to 14 days prior to the scheduled date: full refund
- 13 to 7 days prior: 50% refund
- 6 days or less prior: no refund
This policy reflects advance arrangements made with local partners and service providers.
本サービスは役務提供を主とするため、業務着手後のキャンセルおよび返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、現地でのExperienceサービスについては、以下の条件にてキャンセルを承ります。
- 実施日の14日前まで：全額返金
- 実施日の13日前〜7日前まで：50％返金
- 実施日の6日前以降：返金不可
これは、現地パートナーおよび各種手配に伴う事前調整・手配費用が発生するためです。
Returns / 返品について
As our services primarily involve the provision of non-tangible services and custom arrangements, returns are generally not accepted.
However, in exceptional cases and at our sole discretion, we may review and consider individual requests.
本サービスは役務提供および個別手配を主とする性質上、返品は原則としてお受けしておりません。
ただし、例外的な事情がある場合には、当社の判断により個別に対応を検討することがあります。
